Booking Information & Terms

Booking & Payment
A non-refundable $150 deposit is required to secure Sprinkle Club bookings of 6–9 children. For parties of 10 children or more, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.

Your booking is not confirmed until the required deposit has been received. The remaining balance and final guest numbers are due 14 days prior to your party.

As each Sprinkle Club experience is prepared specifically for your booking, including cakes or cupcakes, buttercream, toppings, decorating materials and take-home packaging, guest numbers cannot be reduced once final numbers have been confirmed. Refunds or credits cannot be provided for children who do not attend on the day; however, their decorated items can still be packaged for you to take home.

Minimum Booking
All Sprinkle Club packages have a minimum booking of 6 paid children. Additional children are charged at the applicable per-child rate for your selected package.

What We Provide
We bring the Sprinkle Club experience to you! Your booking includes full mobile setup and pack down, pre-prepared cakes or cupcakes, buttercream, your selected toppings from our Sprinkle Menu, piping bags, decorating tools and materials, guided decorating instruction and individual take-home packaging.

What You Provide
The host is required to provide a suitable indoor or undercover space, along with adequate table space and seating for all participating children. Any additional party food, drinks, decorations or entertainment are the responsibility of the host.

Party Duration & Setup
Cupcake Parties run for approximately 1 hour, while Mini Cake Parties run for approximately 1.5 hours. Lococo Collective will arrive prior to the scheduled party time to set up the decorating experience. Please ensure the required tables and space are available when we arrive.

Travel
Sprinkle Club is a fully mobile experience based in Glen Park, Victoria. Travel fees apply depending on the location of your party and will be confirmed prior to booking. Travel is calculated from Glen Park.

Changes, Cancellations & Rescheduling
Deposits are non-refundable. Where at least 14 days' notice is provided, we will do our best to transfer your booking to another available date. Rescheduled dates are subject to availability.

Cancellations or changes made within 14 days of the party may result in payments already made being forfeited due to ingredients, supplies and preparation being organised specifically for your booking.

If an individual child can no longer attend, their place may be transferred to another child. Once final numbers have been confirmed, the total booking price cannot be reduced.

Allergies & Dietary Requirements
Any allergies or dietary requirements must be disclosed before your booking is finalised. While we will do our best to accommodate requests where possible, Lococo Collective operates from a kitchen and decorating environment where common allergens are handled and cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Please contact us before booking if you have specific dietary requirements so we can discuss whether they can be safely accommodated.

Supervision
Sprinkle Club provides guided cake and cupcake decorating; however, a responsible parent or guardian must remain present for the duration of the party. Lococo Collective does not provide childcare or supervision outside of the decorating activity.

Gift Vouchers
Sprinkle Club gift vouchers are available and make the sweetest gift for birthdays, Christmas and special occasions. Gift vouchers can be put towards any Sprinkle Club experience, with any difference in package price, additional children or applicable travel fees payable at the time of booking.

By paying your deposit, you acknowledge and accept the Sprinkle Club booking terms and conditions.
