We bring everything to you, so you can enjoy the experience from the comfort of your own home.

Each package includes a cake ready to decorate, all tools and materials, and gentle guidance throughout, so everyone can leave with something they’re proud of.



Classic Cake Experience

$570 (Up to 6 guests)

A relaxed and creative cake decorating experience, perfect for casual celebrations, gatherings, and first-time decorators.

Signature Vintage Cake Experience 

$690 (Up to 6 guests)

Create a beautifully styled vintage-inspired cake or explore a more creative freeform decorating style with your favourite people.

  • Round or love heart cake option

Luxe Vintage Experience

$820 (Up to 6 guests)
+$135 per additional person

A premium, elevated cake decorating experience with luxury styling and creative freedom or the option to create a beautifully detailed vintage-inspired cake.

Includes:

  • 6” round or love heart cake (choose from vanilla, chocolate or red velvet)
  • Filled and crumb coated
  • 4–5 curated buttercream colours
  • Guidance on decorating techniques with creative freedom
  • Sprinkle Bar: A selection of coloured ribbons, sprinkles, and decorative elements to personalise your design

Service Area & Travel

We offer our mobile experiences throughout Ballarat and surrounding areas.

Travel fees are calculated based on driving time from Glen Park, Ballarat.

Travel Fees

• Up to 20 minutes: $30
• 20–45 minutes: $50
• 45–60 minutes: $75

FAQ

How does payment work?

A $150 deposit is required to secure your booking.

Once your date and time are confirmed, an invoice will be issued with the deposit applied and the balance due.

Final guest numbers must be confirmed no later than 2 weeks prior to your event. The remaining balance, based on your confirmed numbers, is due at this time to finalise your booking.


What is your cancellation policy?

All deposits are non-refundable.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, we require at least 2 weeks’ notice. With sufficient notice, your deposit can be transferred to a new date (subject to availability).

Cancellations made within 2 weeks of the event date will result in the loss of the deposit.


Can I reschedule my booking?

Yes — if you provide notice at least 14 days prior to your event date, your deposit can be transferred to a new date, subject to availability.


What happens if a guest can no longer attend?

Bookings are made as a group, and pricing is based on the number of guests confirmed at the time of booking.

If a guest is unable to attend, their spot can be transferred to another person.

Final guest numbers are confirmed 2 weeks prior to the event, and refunds are not provided for non-attending guests.


Can we bring food and drinks?

Absolutely — you’re welcome to bring your own drinks and light nibbles to enjoy throughout your Buttercream & Bubbles experience.

We encourage you to make it your own and enjoy a relaxed, social atmosphere with your group.


How long does the experience run for?

Our Buttercream & Bubbles experiences run for approximately 2 hours, allowing plenty of time to decorate, relax, and enjoy the experience.

We arrive up to one hour prior to your scheduled start time to set up and ensure everything is ready for your event.
