Cookies

When can I place an order?
Orders are open weekly and close at 9am every Friday. All orders placed before this cut-off will be baked fresh and dispatched the following Monday.
Any orders received after 9am on Friday will be sent on the Monday of the following week. 

Can I customise my cookie box?
Absolutely. You’re welcome to curate your own selection from our available flavours. For bespoke or large custom requests, please contact us prior to ordering — we’d love to create something special for you.

Is there a minimum order?
No minimums here — whether you’re indulging yourself or gifting someone special, each box is made to order with the same care and attention.


Shipping & Delivery

Where do you deliver?
We deliver Australia-wide using Australia Post standard and express shipping to ensure your cookies arrive as beautifully as they left our kitchen.

How long will delivery take?
Orders are dispatched every Monday. Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location, generally between 2–7 business days after dispatch.

Can I request a specific delivery date?
We can accommodate specific dates for pick-up orders only. Pick-ups must be arranged directly with us prior to placing your order to confirm availability and timing.

What if my cookies are damaged during delivery?
Each order is carefully packaged for safe travel. Once your parcel leaves our hands, we’re unable to take responsibility for any damage that occurs in transit — however, if there’s an issue, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to assist.


Ingredients & Allergies

Are your cookies vegetarian-friendly?
Yes — all of our cookies are crafted using vegetarian-friendly ingredients.

Do your cookies contain nuts?
Some of our cookies contain nuts or are made in a kitchen that handles nuts. We recommend avoiding our products if you have a severe nut allergy.


Storage & Freshness

How long will my cookies stay fresh?
Our cookies are best enjoyed within 7–10 days of delivery. For the perfect experience, warm them in the microwave for 15–20 seconds before serving — this brings them back to their soft, just-baked texture. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place to maintain their freshness and flavour.

Can I freeze them?
Yes — our cookies freeze beautifully. We recommend freezing for up to 2 months and allowing them to return to room temperature before enjoying. Once thawed, reheat in the microwave for 15–20 seconds for that fresh-from-the-oven taste.


Refunds & Returns

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
As our cookies are made to order and perishable, we don’t accept change-of-mind returns. If there’s any issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we’ll be happy to assist.

Candles

Are your candles made to order?
Our candles are not made to order — they’re lovingly hand-poured in advance and kept in stock, ready for your purchase.

Why aren’t candles made to order?
Each candle requires a two-week curing period to allow the fragrance to fully develop and provide the best possible scent throw once lit. By preparing them ahead of time, we ensure that every candle you receive is perfectly cured and ready to enjoy.

Can I order a custom scent or size?
At this stage, our candle collection is available in our curated selection of signature scents and sizes. If you’re interested in a custom order for an event or gift, please reach out — we’re always open to special collaborations.

What if my candle arrives damaged?
Each candle is carefully packaged to ensure it reaches you safely. Once dispatched, we entrust your parcel to our courier partners. While we can’t take responsibility for any damage that occurs in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damage — we’ll always do our best to help and find a suitable solution.
